Rampage of Appreciation – Day 2

Friday night my boyfriend brought home Clint Eastwood’s “Gran Torino.”  Besides loving old muscle-cars, I’m a sucker for storylines with transformed characters.  And Clint was, indeed, transformed… from a racist Archie Bunker to a self-sacrificing Christ.

I am thankful for anything that reminds me of how capable we are of being love.  This movie reminded me.

What movie are you thankful for right now?

I love Rampages of Appreciation. And since you asked, I love the film “One Last Thing…” with Cynthia Nixon, Michael Angarano, and Ethan Hawke. It’s a phenominal story about the nature of life and death, the existence of God, and the power of focused attraction to fulfill even the most unlikely of heartfelt desires. A not to be missed film.

    XO, Katie

    Gran Torino.

Brings back memories. Met another Dane in Vancouver in 1995. and he had a Gran Torino, black. We drove around in it for a week, tenting here and there and reached San Francisco where we split up. The car only broke down once :-), in Eureka.
